Here are details of follow up session of Special General Body Meeting (GBM) for the year 2021-2022.
Date: Sunday, May 26, 2022
Time: 2:30-4:30 PM (Seating starts 2:15 PM) -- Please be on time.

Agenda: Primary agenda is to review and approve the DFWMM Constitution (by-laws) proposed by Board of Advisors (BoA)
- Review by-laws from 7.5 section onwards
- Review Article by Article
- Discuss and Approve as Applicable
All sections until 7.4 were voted and approved with amendments as noted in the minutes of meeting. Updated document is available at DRAFT CONSTITUTION at Mandal Website.
Please note that we may not be able to accept any additional topic on GBM day due to time constraints.
